Healthwave is really growing! There's many opportunities for growth and recruiters and client execs are really able to take the reins and take ownership of their future. I love working with our team here; The recruiters are thorough and personable when working with candidates and the sales staff are so focused on bringing in valuable clients and building lasting relationships with both candidates and potential clients. I absolutely love coming to work every day: from the internal team down to the candidates and clients we work with every day. The owners really give us the chance to run our own desk and take on responsibility with their full support and guidance!
