      benfiets are at best marginal and no major repairs are done from employees regardless of what management is telling future employees

      Contras

      No training, micro management, room to advance is always at a pay cut, worn out equipment and worn out useless field trucks, low pay, outdated rental systems, always expected to fix everything with little to no knowledge or access to service manuals

      We appreciate your response, and will take every word into account. We feel that our company is founded on internal advancement, and we are very competitive from a compensation standpoint.       Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Contras

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
