IDS was purchased by Lippert Inc., and maintained the original local leadership team, the downside is that the entire team has never done anything else. They are not forward looking, and highly reactionary.

Management style not very strict... it is not a big company... all the worker can work together as a family...

the company will easy effect by economics situation.. so worker have to take their leave to holiday... smtime will use the future leave..
