You get to wear jeans everyday and it's a very casual environment. The thinking is not archaic that what you wear affects your performance.

Contras

You can walk down the hall and pass by the same person everyday and they will not look you in the eye or say hello.

This is a stable company, with great co-workers. I feel that my work is valued by my company & my patients. I feel like I can make a difference here.

Contras

There is a high level of stress in the healthcare field, partly because the business climate is changing & there is so much competition.
