Some have room for advancement but only because the turnover is so high.
Contras
Poor leadership, from the top to the bottom. VERY high turnover rate. Poor training and onboarding experience. Extremely aggressive goals without support or the opportunity perform well due to very limited time at a desk. Expected to always stand at teller line, even while trying to fund a loan/perform audits/etc.
