It's so old and ineffective so could easy get turned around with the owners wanted to change.

Not say the truth to there customers and people. Saying that people are answering the phone for the customer when people are sick or not there. Pretending to the customers that all the employees got the knowledge and skills when they haven't got any training.
Not saying the truth to customers when one women is pregnant and will leave, they don't tell them that.
If they are unsatisfied with you they will not say it to you but go behind your back and talk bad about you.
Blame a recruiter company when Inco want to fire the person, they did not admit that Inco wanted to fire him. So the person left but did not know who fired him or why.
The owners don't care at all what your needs are or if all get back pains from chairs, feel stress, don't like to not say the truth to customers. You are just supposed to say yes and do and get nothing more than a bad salary from them.
They have had the company for more then 30+ years and it bad!
If you have some moral and don't want to lie and be treated like you mean nothing don't work with them customer or employee.
