For sure, you’ll end up with health issues here — things you earlier thought were unreal, like anxiety, actually start feeling real. Allowances are never on time, you have to keep following up again and again. No proper shift timing — you can get calls anytime, whole day. Work-life balance is almost zero. HR is only active till onboarding, after that there’s no real support. And if your project is Bharti, then it’s game over — workload and pressure are guaranteed. (real hell)
