-A lot of opportunity for growth -Promotions from with in -Leadership (starting as an SDR you gain a great sales foundation and allows you to excel as you move up to Account Executive and beyond) -Sell a great product -The company has recently invested in a ton of tools to enable the sales team

Contras

If you aren't ready to work hard and come in everyday with a great attitude and effort you will not do well here. You need to manage your time and come in ready to work and if you don't you will not excel here.

Honestly, none since the merger.

Where should one start: - For starter, I applied to a job and spoke the hiring manager, and then nothing. It has been over a month (and I work for the company in another department). - The Chief People Officer needs professional help. On her first call with the company (the TechTarget follks), she called herself "Ruthless" Ruth. She is in a HR. - The pay is terrible. I think everyone can agree to that. - The disconnect between managers/executives and the people working for them. Honestly, it just seem like Gary does not care about the people in the US. - The Q and A are a joke. They had a company wide meeting yesterday, and it was just management patting themselves on the back.
