      The engineering team and product management team are incredibly smart and have worked together to create a cutting edge offering to enterprises in an effort to prevent phishing attacks from crippling their business.

      Contras

      The sales leadership operates on fear and provided little to no coaching or mentoring. A cutting edge product with antiquated sales techniques and little to no help from marketing. very tough to make your number and when told to commit a sales figure for the quarter I was told to increase that number based on nothing in my pipeline.

      Decent pay if you’re looking for a temporary position.

      The new CRO who joined in 2021 significantly changed the company culture, unfortunately creating a more challenging and less collaborative work environment. Additionally, a major deal was lost due to decisions driven by ego and pricing, which had a noticeable impact on the business and moral.
