Anybody wanting to work for Innervate needs to be up for a challenge and have the ability to be inventive and perform on instinct sometimes.

Real signs that being independent from Ciber group will make things better for us in the uk. Lots of change and hard work ahead and its nice to be working with people that actually care about people. Its beginning to feel like it used to.

Dont have the mass of Ciber to hide behind, but in a way that lets us focus on what we've been good at.
