The company is good for starting your career, growing, and developing both soft and hard skills..
Contras
After 3-4 years, you’ll be stuck in terms of acquiring new skills. There’s very poor internal communication, and you find yourself excluded from decision-making by management and the company’s overall direction. The rigid vertical hierarchy doesn’t contribute to improving internal processes. There are no professional training opportunities or general meetings. The main focus (90% ) is on the clients and just 10% on the own employers. Additionally, there’s a lack of benefits and the salary does not correspond to today’s realities.
