Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your experience and thoughts about Inovar. We always try to create an open and transparent culture where issues are discussed openly. Before I write this to you, we investigated about the points you have mentioned and unfortunately, we did not find any such occurrence with any of our team members. We have had multiple focus groups and even got 1:1 meeting with team members. But unfortunately, we came up empty-handed. As a current employee you would know that we have scored 92% overall satisfaction rating in our last quarter's anonymous survey. Only four issues were raised, and we are working towards making things better. If you still think we need to talk, please do reach out to me personally so that I can understand this better.
