Some new advanced technologies and great learning curve but for the limited period after some time you will feel it as stagnant. Some clients are very nice and they will also appreciate your work. Worst Management and HR team with worst probation and Bond rules. Spends more money on Consulting team and very less on actual employees. The appreciation process has been stopped and No appreciation or support from management and HR team. No change in your designation and after a few years you will be kicked off from your responsibilities. (This happened to 4-5 employees). You will be underrated for your work.
