If you are willing to work for basically minimum wage while making the company rich, go for it. You can work at home but from the beginning of the interview process these people have no respect for your time at all.

The $16.00 per hour pay as an Independent Contractor nets out to about 10 bucks per hour. I spent 4 hours preparing for the interview. No problem. Then after that, you have orientations. Two that they do NOT pay you for. You have about 5 more hours of filling out forms and 'homework' before you even get started and that is also not paid and they have a once a month meeting that they don't pay you for. What a bunch of bologna.
