Not only do they care about the people, they actually solicit feedback from their employees and encourage them to participate in working groups that help shape the company and its culture. Everything from organizing new lines of business to helping decide the funds in the 401K. Management is very approachable. I started when there was only 60 people and it has grown to nearly 200. I hope the new people still feel this way, but executive leaders still do make it a point to meet all new employees on their first day and at follow lunches with small groups of new employees. From my understanding, they are the prime contractor on most of their Federal Contract work. Despite the fact that the home office is in Fredericksburg, the vast majority of their workforce is on Federal Client Site in and near DC. They do a great job of having events/meeting in and around the immediate DC area.

As the company focuses on the Intelligence Community and Federal Law Enforcement, there are few opportunities outside these areas. This is very minor - Most of their work is in and around the immediate DC area and the home office is in Fredericksburg, VA. This can be quite a drive for people during onboarding. I do realize this most definitely saves the company money. They do maintain a field office in Crystal City which helps.
