Very engaged people at headquarters and plenty of opportunities to support business development efforts. Most of the folks hired have extensive experience to support the client-base and there are avenues to support professional career aspirations.
Contras
PTO policy requires employees to take leave in the event of inclement weather or govt. shutdown, this can cause severe work/life balance issues as employees work to make-up those billable hours.
