      HR has good benefits, compensation is not too bad and from a strict HR function it is okay

      Contras

      Culture is very toxic. Very bad leadership that does not respect employees. The thrive on backstabbing, alienating and have no people skills. The company tries to pretend people are nice at first but after a few months you will feel like a very top down approach. They will try to make you feel you know nothing. There's no collaboration and people are basically fending for themselves. It is a horrible place to be Don't waste your time at Interac

      cant say much here, people are friendly but culture not the best.

      Contras

      lots of turnover, tight lipped environments, lots of people got laid off, company was struggling to find direction, etc. not a good environment to work and grow your career.

      Restructuring and layoffs every year...Unplanned decisions even restructuring teams back to original way of reporting resulting in frequent firing and layoffs...Toxic middle level managers and highly political environment..be ready to have escalations on minor issues...instead of working together teams shift blames on each other ..You have to watch your back constantly...E.g Thrown in projects without any knowledge transfer and expected to excel from day one else will be escalated...Personal ego of Middle Managers takes precedence over Talent and Results..
