      IR has a truly Global team, with people spread across the globe. It is great to be part of a team where you can know everyone. Despite the challenges of time zones and remote working, the team connects and everyone is engaged. They have excellent workplace flexibility opportunities, great support for health insurance, and generous conditions pegged to local markets. There is a strong focus on collaboration, so lots of chances to contribute ideas and effort. Management is actively working to further improve engagement and staff experience.

      Contras

      A small organization with funds focused on programs, so there are not a lot of enterprise systems (HR, Projects, etc) but they have solid processes and continuously looking to improve.

      The passion and vision of the group are among the best. They see a focused way of making change and stick with it. Long-time success and influence make them something of a household name.

      Contras

      Salaries are constrained (of course), and the workload is considerable. But these opportunities are always like that!
