Prós
- Fantastic management (if you’re on the right team)
- Great company benefits (income, employer match, insurance, PTO, etc)
- Positive environment where employees and managers can collaborate and work together on tasks/projects
Overall, really solid company and I enjoyed my time there even though it was short. My manager was extremely nice and pushed us to be the best version of ourselves both inside and outside of the company. Great experience that I would recommend to others.
Contras
- Metrics (I get why they are there, but can be frustrating)
- “Open office” space: cubicles that aren’t REALLY cubicles. Not much privacy and could be hard to hear people when making calls.
- Training program: not completely a con but could definitely use some work. It was information overload and you didn’t really take much away.
