I've always had a positive impression from Inviqa as an employer. What stands out is the strength of the staff - most are very capable and are great to collaborate with. Over the past few years, the company have been putting more mechanisms in place to make sure employees have a voice and have visibility of company direction. Inviqa recognises skills development and experience with fair progression systems - there's no reason why you can't be promoted several times or change disciplines if you show a strong desire.

Contras

Ultimately, agency work is volatile. In my time at Inviqa, the staff size has grown and contracted a few times. However, with each iteration the company has tried to take learnings to prevent the same from occurring again. The quality of project(s) to which you are assigned, and the scope to spend time on personal development, are largely (but not entirely) down to chance and circumstance.

It's really good to hear from someone who's been with us so long that you can really see positive progress on the communications front, and that you recognise we are living our value of Learning as a company, especially when things go wrong.
