They value what staff (who work in the field) have to say and make sure their strategies align with the needs of these communities. A great place to work with passionate and committed professionals. I always learn something new.

I wish I see financial support to cover services/tools used at home as we al a fully remote org in the US.
My supervisor was extremely supportive of my team and I, and I gained several technical and soft skills throughout my experience.
