OK but could improve - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Funcionário(a) sigiloso(a) na empresa Job Worth Doing

The team was great, for my team is was easy to trust and rely on others, and I was trusted and relied upon in turn. You could have a laugh and you could meet up outside of work, it was very friendly. Overtime was easy to get if it was on a Saturday.

Everyone below management level was on minimum wage (Except for a few who were not managers, but on higher wage for being related to a director). Directors promised staff that they would be paid the more they did, but those that were doing multiple jobs were still on minimum wage, some even after working for ten years. There was a lot of politics, and it wasn't the cleanest of companies (In an ethical sense).

Got a new pair of boots!

Don't care about their contractors just want there product fitted at any cost (to you) constant miss measures by surveyors, manager couldn't run a shoe shop, lie to customers and fitters, all they care about is targets and bonuses. Rip off the elderly, I seen this so many times, then ripped me off when they laid me off right on Xmas and I have 5 children. Laid me off because they wanted to ignore health and safety and save money. I refused to do the job. They got another team to do it and now one of them is badly injured. Nice company. I am currently taking them to court 22:12:2017
