At times, it is challenging to be a remote location for the ministry. The organization has to be very intentional with communication. The home office is in a different time zone as we are so that can be tricky sometimes, too.
Expectations are high for our team, and sometimes it can be overwhelming. There has to be a balance between the administrative side of things and the on-site events we do.
We have also been hit with a lot of changes recently - people changes and program/software changes. In most cases, change is a positive thing, however it has taken a while to adjust to all the changes and keep pushing forward.
I definitely think more training could be beneficial for the remote events team.
