It is a good place to work in terms of diversity. It's a very inclusive place as there are people from different backgrounds, not only Australians. You have a lot of freedom to create. Depending on your job, you make your own weekly, monthly and yearly goals. You decide what to work on depending on those, however, during busy periods the workload can be quite big and the number of tasks can be very demanding. It's a very relaxed work environment. You can even go in your activewear or your best suit. Access to free food and snacks and even a gym in the office. Very healthy and friendly environment in general. With nice company values. Company values can be a normal thing to you if you're a natural high performer.
Contras
-Some workmates can be a bit "intense" when "sticking to the company's values". Sometimes you can feel a bit of an invasion of your privacy when they ask you to be "open and honest" -There are "huddles" every day and they can be short or very long, which can take time of your planned schedule for the day, and they can be "a bit intense" too. -There are monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings. To review the performance of content, campaigns, clients, etc. And those can be very long and tedious. -You can feel stressed and anxious if you can't cope with being observed and having people checking on you all the time. (in an office environment) -If you can't deal with "feedback" it is definitely NOT a good place for you. -A lot of micro management. -You have to post things on the Facebook company and if you don't do it they push a lot for you to do it (values, wins, say thank you to people, etc)
