Job structure has great potential; relationship with the customer is strong in many instances; exceptionally talented folks are in place as supervisors of some of the smaller teams; UAE is a great place to live, especially for EXPATs
Contras
There are a couple of terrible supervisors that negatively influence the mission; the company does a poor job of passing information, and like many contract jobs, the biggest lure to employees is money; job performance, job improvement, feedback from the field and interaction with supervisors are all non-existent in certain parts of the company
