Contras
Poor training. Project failure inevitably becomes junior staff's problem. Pretty toxic culture. They think taking you to lunch will make it all better. Long hours and terrible work/life balance. If you don't work until 7:00 PM, you're not a team player.
It seems like people just want to suck it up long enough to be a manager, get an office, and then continue the tradition of dumping everything on underlings without setting them up for success.
LRW is the sort of place that will officially encourage everyone to speak up and share ideas, but in practice, they aren't interested in what you have to say. It's every cliche about corporate America you can imagine.
Would it be worth it if you were being paid well? Sure, but this isn't Wall St. It's a market research company. And you are hardly paid market rates. Benefits are average.
