Call Center
- Over Promises of the results.
- High Costing (at least $80 per Appointment; Met or Not still have to pay)
- Have to commit at least a few months
- Very profitable for the company just to fix and sell appointments to agents. Too costly for the agents.
- Can only meet less than 30% of the appointments fixed. (70% goes down the drain)
- Even if you can get your owner caller, you still have to pay "rental" space for your caller, calling charges (per min) and DNC scan. Everything is about cost and profit for them.
- NO "spider-gate" for active DNC scan while calling which almost all call center / insurance company will have.
- Low Budget Call Center but high cost; technology are already very old. Can't seem to find any agent/s who profited from using the call center.
Senior Management
- Toxic environment, very political.
- Spend most time gossip here and there.
- NO MDRT agents at all!!! Not even 1!!! All left.
- Dictatorship is the main topic there. Either you are with them or not. Even Insurance Company BDMs are not spared.
- NO leaders there. Only Followers. Remove the CEO and all are lost.
Career Opportunities
- NIL unless you are a follower without your own thinking.
Compensations & Benefits
- No breakdown of commission. When asked, the CEO can shout back at you and asked if I think that he's cheating my money.
- Almost every time late or incomplete.
- Always blame the admin for any mistake spotted. They are clearly not qualify for payroll.
