Cliques & Favoritism - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Host na empresa Local Roots Restaurant

The employees (at least the hosts) are cliquey, it’s like being thrown back into middle school. There is always drama going on with them. Yet, the employees who stand around gossiping get praised by the managers, while those who fly under the radar because we’re working hard get shunned. Management has changed now but in the past they were openly racist, sexist, and ablist (saying slurs like the n word and r word, and making fun of women). Current management seems nice though.
