Lots of opportunities, several different business units to work for, several leadership programs for entry level and mid-career level employees. OK benefits except for the new health care plan they're forcing everyone to adopt.
Contras
Large corporate beauracracy can't be avoided in a company this size, but a lot of the process of getting through to senior management is different between business units.
