Pay - about it, some lovely talented people but sadly only the bullies received progression opportunities.
Contras
Terrible weak management, inability to speak up and raise challenges without being perceived as difficult, inconsistent policies applied to a select number of favourites (the ones willing to suck up to leadership teams). Illogical wfh policy. Work life balance is out of control. Competence is rewarded with a staggering and unsustainable workload.
