Success in new roles is a moving target — expectations are unclear, frequently redefined, and rarely aligned across leadership. Processes are disorganized, communication is reactive, and departments operate in silos because there’s no unified direction from the top. There are capable people trying to do good work, but the family‑run structure and lack of vision make it nearly impossible to build sustainable progress or career stability.
