Love it here. While it's a demanding job, management does their best to balance client expectations and life.

Most of the employees are reliable.

If you're planning to work here at Marksmen, then you should be prepared to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and overworked. The workloads here are overwhelming because the leadership assigns too many tasks and responsibilities and provides very little time. Working here is exhausting because of the overwhelming workloads and unreasonable demands of the leadership. These are the reasons why most employees here are overworked!
