Non client facing roles do not have growth opportunities and lack any professional development and shows where interests and value of the company lies. Diversity is still an issue and not just in ethnic or gender diversity, but the diversity of experiences and voices. Very much a herd mentality and top down approach company which leaves little room to incentivize or celebrate top talent and fresh ideas. People are extremely nice and mean well, but are often content with status quo and mediocrity.
