This review is written partly in response to repeated encouragement from the HR function (PSO) to post high ratings on platforms such as Glassdoor. This can create a perception that some positive reviews are guided rather than fully organic, which may not reflect an ideal or professional approach. It would be more constructive to allow employees to share feedback independently and remain focused on their primary responsibilities. Additionally, certain processes within the PSO function at times feel overly complicated or not fully aligned, leading to avoidable inefficiencies in the overall experience. There have also been instances where concerns shared do not seem to be represented consistently, which can create confusion and reduce trust in the process. Strengthening transparency and alignment in communication would significantly improve the employee experience.
