- Startup culture. This can be both a pro and a con. For me it was mostly a con because although I enjoyed working on new features constantly, the changing of requirements at the last second and the lack of clarity on assignments made this a less than ideal position for an intern

- Lack of proper documentation and general disorganization. Multiple times a team member would have to work on their day off because no one else knew how to fix 'X'
