Please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague (I know it seems dramatic but I'm writing this sincerely so you don't waste your time) Background: I've worked for many software companies - Never worked for a more insane, egotistical control freak than this leadership - The 'leads' they tell you about in the interview is a list of cold calls to make every day (think non-profit yellow pages) - Software and employee tools are completely out of date - Complete revolving door of employees due to leadership, average work tenure 1-3 months - The fact that they have a 4 rating on Glassdoor is laughable and 100% fake reviews written by them

It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience, however we question when you worked with us, as nobody has been asked to make a "cold call" in 5 years. All of our lead generation / initial qualification is done for us. Regarding our reviews, none are "fake" - positive people tend to have positive experiences, and we encourage all staff to relate their experiences honestly.
