Typical small company perks. Super-nice laid back owner. They are working on some interesting technologies. The company has been around for a long time.

Depending on your job, sometimes it feels like they're understaffed. The upside of small companies is you get to know people, but sometimes depending upon your personality the downside can be getting to know those people. I never had these issues, though.

Chill place. Free snacks. That's about it.

Total lack of communication from management and different departments. People from different departments backstabbing each other and blaming each other for mistakes and problems. No proactive planning or goal setting at all. Management seem to treat this place like a part time job.
