Working at Mind Tech has helped me grow a lot as a person. I have improved my communication skills, confidence, and overall mindset. The environment pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and take responsibility. I also got good exposure to handling clients, understanding people, and presenting ideas effectively. It has played an important role in my self-development and personality growth.

At the same time, the job can be quite target-oriented, which sometimes creates pressure. Also, the role involves a lot of convincing and continuous interaction, which can be mentally tiring at times.
