The benefits at Multiply are amazing:

I get to come in everyday and work on interesting problems with people I enjoy working with. We don't focus on the short term anymore. We frequently give up on opportunities to make more money now if it doesn't align with our core principles.
We encourage contributing back to open source projects which is fantastic to see. As it increases our visibility in the wider tech world. We've spoken at conferences and sent people to many as well to learn from the wider community.
A real effort from executive leadership to improve company culture has really paid off since early 2017.
Contras
I used to have a lot of cons in 2016 and earlier. But we've really addressed most of them in 2017 and I'm really proud to work here.
I guess if I had to come up with something:
I'd say that I'd love to see more diversity in our upper management.
I'd love to have the staff/time to make unit testing and QA automation a larger focus for the engineering team.
