      - It’s great working with tech colleagues across different projects in the same workspace

      Contras

      - HR is unresponsive and slow to act. - I ended up joining the worst project, in my opinion. - The team follows incorrect processes even when the issues are obvious. - The workload is unrealistic, yet deadlines are still expected to be met. - Poor planning and project management. - I discussed multiple discrepancies with management, but no changes were made, and the consequences eventually affected the team. - Lack of clear growth opportunities within the project/team

      The culture is here is extremely supportive. Everyone works towards the common goal. Not much politics. Great work life balance. CEO is amazing!

      Contras

      navigating who owns / manages certain functions and projects can be difficult.

      WFH allowed for some employees.

      Contras

      Everything pushed offshore and all value built over 50 years has been gutted by new leadership over past few years. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Shame on the CEO.
