Some excellent skilled individuals who go above and beyond to deliver for their clients and their NCS colleagues.
Contras
Everything else. If you don't immediately get on a client site or have gaps between clients, you're facing redundancy which creates a climate of mistrust. People are treated as monetary units, and not with humanity, value or respect. No pay rises, what you're recruited on is what you get for years no matter how well you perform. Management demonstrates a poor understanding of how value is generated in a consultancy - i.e. from your people.
