The work culture is good and there are learning and overseas visit opportunities are available. However, it varies from project to project.
Contras
No WFH policy. Although WFH is given for some exceptional cases, it discourages employees when they feel they don't have the liberty to do the job from where they feel comfortable. The company could be flexible and grow with the global trend.
