So many benefits, flexible schedules, everyone I personally work with besides that’s in the same job position I’m in is so amazing, there’s so much room for growth in the company and so many different opportunities for change if you don’t like the position you’re in. My pay has gone from to $17.50-$18.85 in a bit over 2 years.
Contras
Sometimes lacks the things you need to be successful, can never find a team leader when you need one and then you do find them they are useless, there’s so much favoritism in my location at least but if you’re one of the teachers pets then it’s such an easy job
