      Very Family friendly. I never have problems getting time off for family commitments. Open and helpful culture. Everyone is willing to help out

      Contras

      Salaries and benefits are average. Until recently, the healthcare options were awesome, but that changed this year. The options now are average, but NI does pay for the vast majority of the premium.

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Contras

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
