Prós

Pays relatively well if you live in Latin America, but only because they pay in U$.

Contras

Working for Nearsure was so toxic and harmful to my mental health, I had to go to intensive therapy for what has been diagnosed as a form of work related PTSD. The environment is hateful, exclusionary, non empathetic and extremely toxic. Teams don't talk to one another, undermine leadership, and leadership itself is INSANELY underprepared on how to deal with stressful and high pressure situations, which leads to horrible relationships with their subordinates. The structure is a complete mess, and people are constantly lacking in direction, mentorship and proper leadership. If you work here in the hopes of growing in your career, think again. There is little direction as to where people can grow, what is their career path, and what they need to do to achieve it. The entire leadership team will ALWAYS come from a place of doubting the teams goodwill and positive intent, always assuming people are doing their worst, spending time and resources in useless things, and will treat employees like garbage. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Remote first company. Flexible working arrangement.

Contras

Upper management only look at profit and numbers, and do not value much of operational employees.
