Novatech has excellent top notch equipment and the events worked on were definitely top notch

Company's growing to quickly. They have started to work their technical staff into the ground. There is also a massive cult mentality where if your inside the golden circle you can do no wrong. But if your on the outside of that you could sneeze and probably get handed a formal warning for some stupid reason. The production manager will bully the project managers into lying to clients, and then when the lie gets found out comes and 'saves the day' The pay discrepancies amongst staff also don't add up, the role as a senior was getting paid the same as a junior whilst having more responsibilitys The company also doesn't follow set out hours and will find a way to screw the technical staff out of the hours. The maths doesn't add up to what they penalise you when you take annual leave. The office staff also get treated much better than technical staff. Office staff get taken to classy events as guests but the technical staff who do all the hard yards get nothing. Maybe a friendly beer now and then. Overall be very weary about working here. They promise you the world but you will soon very quickly see it's not all its made up to be

Too many pros to count. - Owners are incredible at what they do, have 60+ employees under their belt and still getting their hands dirty. - Everyone here has a genuine passion for all things tech, haven't seen an angry face yet. - Pay is always above award rate, excellent reward and recognition system. - Job security central, even as a contractor I have been given 6 weeks notice! - Free beers on Friday nights. - Free training, seminars, etc

Can't think of any. I am part of a very small department, meaning career progression for me in pretty ad-hoc, but if you ask they'll practically make a position for you.
