You get to work like a slave

Contras

They fire if you the top 3 people don't like you, if you work hard but don't run around them your job is on the line. This company runs like a dictatorship. No security, penalization for small mistakes and the most toxic culture of all the companies i've worked in. Save your career and mental peace and don't join this hell of a company

There may be some learning opportunities depending on the team and project, but they are overshadowed by the overall work environment.

Contras

The company culture felt toxic and unhealthy. Work-life balance is often treated like a joke, and the environment can feel more like a primary school than a professional workplace. Instead of constructive guidance, employees are often scolded or pressured, which affects motivation and confidence. Communication is very poor, and there is little to no transparency. Employees often do not know what is coming next because many decisions happen suddenly, without proper context or communication. This creates unnecessary fear, uncertainty, and instability within the team. Employee exits and layoffs also feel poorly handled. The process can come across as casual and insensitive, as if letting people go is just a routine task rather than a serious decision that impacts people’s lives and careers. I personally felt disappointed and regretted joining soon after stepping into the office. The environment did not feel supportive, respectful, transparent, or growth-oriented.

Good compensation for interns. Opportunity to work on real projects and gain hands-on experience. Fast-paced environment that helps improve technical skills.

Contras

The work culture can be draining at times. Micromanagement is common, which may reduce autonomy and create additional pressure. Work expectations can sometimes feel exhausting.
