      The company respects its employees. No micromanagement. Here you can balance career challenges with a healthy personal life. Much of the team has been with the company for many years, which shows that this is a good place to work.

      - Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

      Contras

      - You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
