Je travaille actuellement chez Onepilot et mon expérience est très positive. La plateforme offre une grande flexibilité dans l’organisation du travail, ce qui permet d’adapter facilement ses horaires selon ses contraintes personnelles. L’environnement de travail est professionnel et orienté résultats, tout en restant accessible et adapté au travail en remote. Cela permet de développer ses compétences en relation client, en gestion de tickets et en organisation personnelle.

Contras

Les créneaux de travail peuvent être très demandés, il faut donc être réactif pour en réserver. Le volume d’heures peut varier selon les périodes et les projets.

Flexible (hours and modes of communication), more earning potental from efficiency, very intuitive platform, well-organized company, great collaborative culture, some decent discounts at stores if you're in Europe, quality bonus of 1/3 your pay

Contras

You are paid by ticket, so your earnings can massively vary depending on client and efficiency (in many places below minimum wage even when meeting goals), you're a contractor that may have to work with different clients under Onepilot who pay different rates (I would worry about stability)
