Most of the people are cool outside of a few in finance and some account managers. Casual vibe because nothing is expected of anyone.
Contras
I had no training and was expected to do 2 people's jobs whilst my senior had just been promoted... They sat at home and ate cake whilst I was lost and drowning in work.
Colleagues would put pressure on me to work harder to cover for them not doing anything.
I didn't get trained, I was constantly lied to, I was thrown under the bus, there is no structure, and a good portion of people are flat-out lazy. If you don't work in finance then you might be ok.
Managers are scattered across the country and are unaware of what's going on, and staff will take advantage of that.
I got fired because I tried to be honest and my superiors were afraid I'd expose them for not doing their jobs. A potentially good role with bad people in it.
High turnover company, CFO is largely responsible.
